New Zealand · Football representation
Evolve Sports Agency represents footballers and coaches from New Zealand — managing careers, opening doors abroad, and putting evidence behind every athlete we take to a club.
What we do
Career planning, club placement, contract negotiation and commercial opportunities — for players at the point where the next decision actually changes the trajectory.
Coaches are talent too, and rarely represented as such. We place coaches into clubs, academies and federations, and support the licences and record-keeping that get them there.
Recruitment support for clubs, and partnership work for brands that want a credible route into football — delivered with our partner network rather than guessed at locally.
Every athlete on our books has a development plan, a training and match record, and someone accountable for reviewing it. Placement is the outcome; the work happens before it.
The platform
We run our roster on Only Ballers — our own athlete management platform, hosted in New Zealand.
A recruiter's problem is rarely finding footage. It is trusting what sits behind it: who played the minutes, against whom, how the player has developed over two seasons, and who is willing to put their name to an assessment.
So every athlete and coach we represent has a managed profile — playing history, verified performance record, video, development plan, and scouting reports filed by people we can name.
Reach
New Zealand produces more footballers than its domestic game can absorb. The limit is rarely ability — it is knowing which club in which market is genuinely looking, and being able to get an honest answer to a phone call.
That is why we work in partnership with Forwardzone, a football strategy and management firm founded in Johannesburg in 1998, operating across Africa, Europe, South America and Australia. It gives a New Zealand agency reach it could not build alone, and gives our athletes a route into markets that would otherwise stay theoretical.
How we work
An honest conversation and a look at the record so far. We say what we think the ceiling is and what would have to change to reach it — including when the answer is that representation is not what you need yet.
A written development plan with targets, timeframes and the people responsible. For younger athletes this includes education and the parent or guardian conversations that go with it.
Performance, training and match data captured as it happens on the platform. By the time a club asks, the evidence already exists — it is not assembled in a hurry.
Approaches to clubs that fit the plan, negotiation on your behalf, and the contractual and relocation detail handled properly. Then the plan is reviewed, because the first placement is rarely the last one.
Athletes, parents, coaches and clubs — the first conversation costs nothing and we will tell you plainly whether we are the right people.
